Louisiana Gumbo's Northshore Restaurant Guide's Recipe of  The Month

 


Preparation
Rinse shrimp.  Put in baking pan.  Sauté garlic in butter then pour over shrimp.  Add all other ingredients and toss shrimp.  Bake at 550° for 12 minutes; toss shrimp turning them over; and cook for 12 minutes.
Serve in a bowl piping hot, with plenty of hot French bread and ENJOY!

Ingredients

5 lb SHRIMP WITH HEADS (THE BIGGER THE BETTER)
2 lb BUTTER
2 heads GARLIC (DICED)
2 each LEMONS SLICED
2 tbsp ITALIAN SEASONING
1 tbsp PAPRIKA
1 tbsp CAYENNE PEPPER
6 tbsp COURSE GROUND PEPPER
2 tbsp WHITE PEPPER
1 tbsp SALT
1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS WORCESTERSHIRE
6 oz CRYSTAL LOUISIANA RED HOT
8 each BAY LEAVES
