Preparation

Melt butter, add onions and garlic.  Saute until soft.  Add parsley and shrimp.  Cook until shrimp are pink.  Mix cornstarch with a little water.  Add to shrimp mixture.  Stir until thickened.  Slowly add Half & Half.  Mix well and simmer until thick.  Add salt and pepper.  Mix well and add shredded cheese.  Fold in crabmeat and remove from heat. Serve over angelhair pasta with hot french bread and salad.

Ingredients

1&1/2 cups BUTTER
2 cups CHOPPED WHITE ONIONS
1/4 cup GARLIC GRANULES
1 bunch PARSLEY
2 cups PEELED SHRIMP
8 oz. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE 
1 quart HALF & HALF
6 tbsp. CORN STARCH
1 pound WHITE CRAB MEAT
